I recently purchased this bracelet for a friend's birthday, and I was completely delighted with both the quality of the product and the service provided. I initially emailed flowerjewellery to ask a quick question and had a very speedy reply. After this I purchased two items, expecting to see them by the end of the week, when in fact they surprised me by being there the next day. As with all hand made items I was a little dubious about the quality; I hoped the picture was an accurate representation and not just a photo of the best piece they'd made. The jewellery itself was even better than it looks in the photo. I can't describe how pretty it is and am pretty gutted I have to wrap it up and give it away soon!!!
